Whilst it is the aim of the Association to allow as many members a run in Novice stakes
of the same sub-group as possible, if a member is drawn out to run in the first draw, they
will not be given preference in the second draw whilst we have reserve dogs. If however
the situation did occur (because of draw dates) that a member did have a run in each
stake, they would be asked to choose which they would prefer.

The Association accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to person or property
however occasioned.
The Trials will be run strictly under Kennel Club rules and regulations.
Should circumstances so dictate, the Association, in consultation with the Judges, may
alter arrangements as necessary. Such changes and the circumstances surrounding
them will be reported to the Kennel Club at the earliest opportunity.
No modification will be made to this schedule except by permission of the Kennel Club
followed by advertisements in appropriate journals if time permits before closing of
entries.
