Start: The Trial will be deemed to have started at 9.00a.m.
Open:- Preference will be given to members dogs with a 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th in
a 24 dog Open Stake or 1st ,2nd, 3rd in a 12 dog Open Stake or 1st in an
All Aged or Novice Stake.
Novice:- For dogs that have not gained the following awards 1st,2nd,3rd, in Open
Stakes or 1st in an All Aged or Novice Srake
THE ASSOCIATION WOULD REQUEST THAT ALL DOGS ENTERED INTO COMPETITION MUST BE EXPERIENCED WITH GAME AND OF FIELD TRIAL STANDARD.
ANYONE WISHING TO LEAVE ANY TRIAL PREMATURELY MUST INFORM THE
CHIEF STEWARD OF THEIR INTENTIONS AND THEN WAIT UNTIL THEY ARE TOLD
IT IS SAFE TO DO SO
DRAW DATES
Most draw dates will be the same as the closing dates printed on the entry forms. Anyone
interested in attending must contact the Retriever Secretary for times and places.
ENTRY FEES
Because the Association has decided not to have Nominations for any trial, the entry fee
has increased, please refer to entry forms for the appropriate amount.

Retriever Trial Prize Monies.
Novice:- 1st £25.00, 2nd £15.00, 3rd £10.00
Open :- 1st £35.00, 2nd £20.00, 3rd £10.00
Because the Association will not allow the substitution of dogs, anyone pulling out , within the last 7 days they will lose 100% of their entry fee.Unless
1. The dog has qualified out of Novice
2. The dog has qualified out of Open for that particular sub-group.
3. Or a Vet's cert. is sent to the Secretary
Whilst it is the aim of the Association to allow as many members a run in Novice stakes of
the same sub-group as possible, if a member is drawn out to run in the first draw, they will
not be given preference in the second draw whilst we have reserve dogs. If howerver the
situation did occur (because of draw dates) that a member did have a run in each stake,
they would be asked to choose which they would prefer.
The Association accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to person or property
however occasioned.
The Trial will be run stricktly under Kennel Club rules and regulations.
Should circumstances so dictate the Association, in consultation with the judges, may
alter arrangements as necessary. Such changes and the circumstances surrounding
them will be reported to the Kennel Club at the earliest opportunity.
No modification will be made to this schedule except by the permission of the Kennel Club,
followed by advertisements in appropriate journals if time permits before closing of
entries.
